30 July 2023: The HSFE Board of Directors hosted a congratulatory reception for this year’s scholarship recipients (and parents/guardians) at the Frances A. Yakes Museum of Art in downtown San Antonio. The students received a motivational talk by HSFE President Joe Cortez.
